🚀 Quick Start Guide

1. How to Mark Your Daily Challenge?

The core of the app is the Day Grid on your Dashboard.

• Mark as Done: Simply Tap on the current day's box. It will turn Green, and you will see a celebration animation! 🎉

• Mark as Fail: If you missed a day, tap again or select "Fail" from the dialog. The box will turn Red.

• Undo/Edit: Made a mistake? Just Tap on the day again to change its status.

2. Managing Daily To-Do List

Keep your daily tasks separate from your main challenge.

• Go to the "To-Do" tab at the bottom.

• Tap the (+) Button to add a new task.

• Click the Checkbox to mark a task as completed.

• To delete a task, use the delete icon or long-press.

3. Understanding Your Stats

Track your consistency in the "Stats" tab.

• Current Streak: Shows how many days you have been consistent without a break.

• Challenge Progress: A visual pie chart showing your Done vs. Pending days.

• Longest Gap: Shows where you struggled the most, helping you improve next time.

⚠️ 4. How to Backup & Restore Data? (Very Important)

Since Mera Sankalp is an Offline-First App, your data is stored only on your phone. If you uninstall the app or lose your phone, your data is gone forever unless you take a Backup.

To Create a Backup (Save Data):

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click on the "Backup ☁️" button.

3. Choose a safe location (like Google Drive or a specific Folder on your phone) to save the file.

4. A file named merasankalp_backup.json will be saved.

To Restore Data (Recover Data): (Use this when you reinstall the app or switch to a new phone)

1. Install the app on the new phone.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click on the "Restore 📥" button.

4. Select the merasankalp_backup.json file you saved earlier.

5. The app will restart, and your data will be back!

🎨 5. Customization

• Change Theme: You can switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode from the top menu option "Change Theme".

Q: Can I use the app without the internet? A: Yes! The app works 100% offline.

Q: Is the app completely free? A: Yes! Mera Sankalp is now a completely free service to help everyone achieve their goals.

Q: If I delete the app, will I lose my data? A: YES. Because your data is stored locally on your phone. Please always create a Backup file before uninstalling.
