• Developed customized schedules for students rotating in the Pathology Department

As a chief resident, I was in charge of making and coordinating the 2-week selective and 4-week electives for medical students. The rotations in the Pathology department were tailored according to the medical student's interest and future career plans. 

Here is an example of a customized schedule for a Medical Student interested in Pathology. It includes conferences, 2 weeks in Anatomic Pathology, and 2 weeks in Clinical Pathology.

Served as small-group facilitator for gastrointestinal anatomy and pathology 2022. Served as small-group facilitator for head and neck anatomy, and salivary gland pathology 2022. Served as small-group facilitator for dissected specimens, cardiac anatomy, and gross examination of cardiac pathology.
