At our Pathology program at NMH we receive anonymous evaluations from our peers and senior residents. We discuss the results of this survey and other parameters during our six month 1:1 evaluation with our program director. I try to do my best during every rotation , keeping a good attitud and learning/teaching as much as possible.

Self-evaluation: For his conference, I had to present a talk to the lab technicians. It was challenging to adapt the content of my presentation to the audience and learn to keep track of the time. I learned to focus on a few important ideas/concepts instead of trying to review the whole material.

Self-evaluation: I presented a one-hour lecture to medical students in El Salvador in Spanish. A lot of the material was originally in English and I had to translate most of the recent data. Overall, I think I spoke to fast and I needed to summarize the content in a better way.

Self-evaluation: I presented a one-hour lecture to medical students in El Salvador in Spanish. After receiving feedback from my previous lecture, I summarized the content better, I added more pictures, and added additional resources for self-studying at the end of the presentation. I got many interesting questions and good feedback from the students.
