About
We study electronic transport in disordered solids, while addressing semiconductor integration and reliability. Our research combines atomistic first-principles calculations with transport theory.
무질서계 전자 수송을 연구하고 있으며, 반도체 집적 및 신뢰성을 다루고 있습니다. 원자 수준 제일원리계산과 수송 이론을 활용합니다.
