About
About
We are the Materials and Devices Theory Laboratory (MDT Lab) in the Department of Electronics Engineering at Incheon National University, working at the intersection of electronics engineering and condensed matter physics. Our research aims to uncover the fundamental principles governing transport phenomena in solids and to translate this understanding into novel materials and devices. We combine atomistic first-principles calculations on supercomputers with physics-based modeling. We welcome self-motivated undergraduate and graduate students; interested candidates may contact Prof. Yeonghun Lee at y.lee@inu.ac.kr.
MDT Lab은 전자공학과 응집물질물리학의 교차점에서 전자 수송을 지배하는 근본 원리를 이해하고 이를 새로운 재료 및 소자 설계로 확장하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용한 원자 수준의 제일원리계산과 물리 기반 이론 연구를 병행하고 있습니다. 학부연구생 및 대학원생을 모집하고 있으며, 관심 있는 지원자는 이영훈 교수(y.lee@inu.ac.kr)에게 연락 바랍니다.
