About Sunset Ridge PTA

It is our goal to enhance the educational experiences for our children, strengthen our sense of school community, and help facilitate communication and support between staff and families. With the many activities, services and events planned throughout the year, we will need your help to make them successful. Volunteering is a great way to show your support while building friendships at Sunset Ridge. We hope that every family can participate in supporting and volunteering for at least one event during the school year.

We welcome all family members to attend our morning and evening meetings held throughout the school year. Please check our calendar for these important meeting and event dates.

Our Mission: To positively impact the lives of ALL Sunset Ridge children and families by empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership and communications.

Our Purpose:

- To promote the well-being of children in school and home.

- To work closely with teachers and to cooperate intelligently in the education of our children.

- To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
