All US judges must submit page 1 of the IRS W9 form prior to being paid.  (Click here for W9 form)

• All foreign nationals living in the US must be authorized to work for a US company.

• Foreign graduate students must receive special permission from their institution to work off campus.  

All foreign nations living outside the US must submit page 1 of the IRS W-8BEN form prior to being paid.  (Click here for W-8BEN form)

Judges are paid directly by COMAP within 6 weeks after final grading.  Please contact the director or associate director if you have not received your check by the end of May.
