Implementing solutions with technology is exciting, but if the technology overwhelms, the solution presented is useless.
People should not be alone with their concerns about using technology. Since I quickly learn new technology and then teach it to others, I was their Techno-Sherpa or guide. Often, I designed learning experiences within the very tech tools I was instructing people to use, creating concrete examples that, while imperfect, were nonetheless inspiring.
By smiling, breaking information into bite-sized tidbits, and persistently asking "Why," I empowered adult learners to succeed and thrive. Below are some media and modules I have developed.
