Who I am

I am a fearless techno-sherpa with heart, blazing trails at the intersection of education and innovation. Part digital strategist, part instructional coach, I've guided thousands (and counting!) through the peaks and valleys of change—with patience, grit, and a talent for turning tech anxiety into confidence.

I am the quiet architect behind smooth rollouts, from knowledge base expansions to scalable Train-the-Trainer programs. Whether it’s a hybrid seminar or a threefold article repository boom, my work blends strategy, empathy, and foresight.

What really sets me apart?

I champion the underdog. Whether it’s a struggling student or a hesitant faculty member, I am there to unlock doors, cheer the wins, and remind people that growth is always possible—with the right support and just a bit of bravery.

Designing for success

Whatever the title (Technology Integration Specialist, Instructional Designer, Learning Management System Administrator, Educational Technologist, Program Director, Webmaster, Librarian, Instructional Support, or Trainer), I simply empower people to succeed through learning. Their success is my success.

Through building learning experiences in workshops, job aids, courses, modules, and consultations, I have created spaces that pushed people to grow beyond their own preconceptions.
