LHT Learning is a learning and development vendor (recently acquired by Tier 1 Performance in October 2025) that designs and develops learning solutions to "transform complex information into meaningful action." LHT primarily focused on helping "life sciences companies build an innovative and inspiring culture of compliance." 

Tier 1 Performance brings "a blend of skills and capabilities to solve each organization's unique business challenges" across strategy and change, leadership and culture, learning and growth, and experience and enablement. Tier 1 works with clients across the life sciences, automotive, aviation, financial services, government, and other industries.

My role as a Senior Instructional Designer at both companies was to work with clients, SMEs, and internal teams of instructional designers, project managers, graphic designers, quality assurance specialists, and developers throughout the ADDIE process. My focus was mostly on the design and development phases.

Red Nucleus (RN) offers training solutions across the entire life sciences product life cycle, including on-demand offerings and sales workshops to support each phase.

My role as an Instructional Designer was to collaborate with internal subject matter experts, graphic designers, and editors to design and develop on-demand/off-the-shelf instructional content for the Red Nucleus Training Institute (RNTI).
