TiER1 Performance is an employee-owned consulting firm based in Covington, KY, that specializes in organizational performance and strategy activation. TiER1 works with clients across the life sciences, automotive, aviation, financial services, government, and other industries to solve business challenges across strategy and change, leadership and culture, learning and growth, and experience and enablement.
I've been a Senior Instructional Designer (contractor) at TiER1 since October, 2025.

LHT Learning
LHT Learning was acquired by TiER1 in October 2025. LHT Learning was a learning and development vendor that designed and developed custom learning solutions to "transform complex information into meaningful action." LHT primarily focused on helping "life sciences companies build an innovative and inspiring culture of compliance."
In my last role at LHT, I was a Senior Instructional Designer (employee). I started as a contractor-to-hire, but I proved my value and earned a spot as an employee after 7 months.

Red Nucleus (RN) offers training solutions across the entire life sciences product life cycle, including on-demand offerings, eLearnings, and sales training workshops to support each phase.
I was an Instructional Designer (full-time employee) at the Red Nucleus Training Institute (RNTI), where I designed on-demand/off-the-shelf GxP (Good Laboratory, Manufacturing, and Clinical Practices) eLearning solutions.
I received recognition for my work at Red Nucleus after I completed my first 6 months as an Instructional Designer.
