The Chester County Migrant Ministry serves those in need within the community and also provides citizenship training for individuals interested in becoming naturalized U.S. citizens.  

General Problem: This ministry had outdated brochures and applied traditional methods for teaching the approved candidates. CCMM required assistance with developing new educational materials for its citizenship candidates and better general information that could be easily updated to share with he community.

General Solutions: 

• I worked with the President and the training leader to create two eLearning trainings based on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS) interview and exam. 

  • 1st eLearning module: Designed in Articulate Storyline, based on the 2008 USCIS 100-question exam.

  • 2nd eLearning module: Designed in Articulate Rise for rapid development, based on the 2025 USCIS 128-question exam

• I also designed and created a brochure, poster, and facilitator presentation that enables CCMM to share current information in the local community to spread the word about what CCMM does, what it needs, and to raise additional support for more families in the local area. 

Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) is a devastating disease that is usually diagnosed during midlife. 

General Problem: After experiencing this diagnosis from a friend of mine, I went on a quest to learn more and to inform others about this often misdiagnosed disease. 

General Solution: I designed a storyboard, an infographic, and an eLearning module that told the real-life story of my friend's experience, ultimately leading to a diagnosis after many frustrating years of doctor visits. Soon after the deployment of this eLearning, my friend succumbed to this devastating disease. Since then, FTD has become more widely known through the diagnosis of actor Bruce Willis.
