I would rate myself as exemplary because I effectively manage my time and resources to produce high quality results in a timely manner, while guiding and leading peers and I take ownership and responsibility for my own education. I exhibit enthusiasm, curiosity and commitment to life-long learning. I reflect critically on past learning during class and I use new understandings to guide future progress in the essay.
This artifact demonstrates my strengths in this competency by showing how I had to manage my time efficiently in order to get my work done on time with it still containing the same quality.
My next steps for developing this competency are to write out a schedule for myself next time so I could organize more than I already did. This will allow me to efficiently gather information and continue on.
