Create a PSA in which you educate the masses on Respect, Responsibility, and Accountability.

This is my best evidence because I worked with a partner hand in hand to complete this long and complicated presentation.

Explain how you would rate your performance on this project using the 21C rubric.

I consistently showed respect and empathy for my teammates. I posed appropriate questions for clarification, facilitated group productivity to forge consensus, and routinely mentored and encouraged my peers. I skillfully articulated information and ideas in a clear, concise and complete manner. I made this PSA to communicate to the mass of students. In terms of collaboration, I would rate myself as an exemplary. I had to speak to my group member in order to discuss the shots that we needed to do for our movie.

This artifact demonstrates my strengths in this competency by showing how well I worked with others and how I communicated with my partner well in order to effectively finish a movie that clearly states the need of respect, responsibility, and accountability during the PSATS.

My next steps for developing this competency are to work on my communicating skills well so that we understand each other efficiently without using as much time as we did.
