About Me

My name is Max Onffroy, I am a recent graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) with my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with high honors, a minor in computer science, and Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering. I also attended Bancroft High School graduating with high honors and joining their Cum Laude Society. 

I have 5 summers and one Fall coop of Engineering Experience across the Consumer goods, Agricultural, Aerospace, Defence, and Medical Technologies sectors. I am Solidworks CSWA certified and have hand on experience designing for manufacturability, building prototypes, testing device subsystems, and optimizing product performance.

I currrently reside in Providence, RI where on my free time I CAD and 3D print personal or fix-it projects. I also enjoy hiking, biking, going to the zoo, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.
