We will access your current fitness levels and individualise your workouts. So each workout will be set at your own pace!

Not a problem. We will start with a full fitness evaluation, this will be used to base your training programme going forward, to improve on weaknesses or to work around current injuries.
No worries. Sometimes it isn't for everyone. You can request a full refund if at any point before the first session if you change your mind.
This completely depends on what goal you have, how often you wish to train, and if you have any time frame in mind on when to reach your goals. This usually depicts the length of time we work together for, however this can all be disscussed in a free consultation
Each session can vary from member to member. However I tend to take a functional training background for each session. Therefore there will be a good warm up, strength and core focus and to finish a cardio focus. Finishing with a good cool down and stretch, making sure each session is a total body workout.
If this doesn't suit your desired training style, we can tailor each session as required!
Session availability is between Mon-Fri 6am to 8pm and together we can find a slot that is suitable.
