14:00 – Wedding Breakfast and Speeches 

18:00 – Evening Reception Commences 

18:20 – Welcome Speech 

19:00 – First Dance & Party! 

20:15 – Evening Meal 

21:00 – Ceilidh Dancing 

22:00 – Sparklers & Fire Pit 

23:40 – Last Orders at Chapel Bar 

00:00 – Chapel Bar Closes, Non-staying Guests Leave

Tuesday (Day after the Wedding) 

9:00 – Full English Breakfast Served in the Chapel 

10:00 – Room Checkout for all Guests 

11:00 – All Guests Must Depart Ellingham Hall

Information for guests staying over: 

Night before: 

- Check in from 4pm 

- Bar will be open 

- BBQ served 7:30pm 

- Bar closes 11pm 

Day of wedding: 

- Grab & go breakfast available to collect 9:30am-10am from main hall.  

- Bar open 11am 

Departure day: 

- Full english breakfast served 9am in the chapel 

- Check out 10am 

- Must depart before 11am or £50 surcharge for guest, £500 fine for couple 

Other: 

- Bath robes will be provided. 

- Keep room key away from your mobile phone or it will wipe the room key. 

- The hall has a private sewerage system with septic tank so please nothing other than natural waste down loos. Small bins and bags are provided for sanitary wear etc.
