Ochazuke is a Japanese dish made by pouring green tea, dashi, or hot water over cooked rice

UME CHAZUKE -梅茶漬け- topped w/ pickled plum

SAKE CHAZUKE -鮭茶漬け- topped w/ flakes of grilled salmon

NORI CHAZUKE -のり茶漬け- topped w/ dried seaweed

TARAKO CHAZUKE -たらこ茶漬け- topped w/ salted cod roe


DONBURI is a rice bowl with various toppings. Served with miso soup and pickles

TENDON -天丼- shrimp and vegetable tempura drizzled with thickened tempura sauce

KATSUDON -カツ丼- panko battered pork cutlets, cooked in an egg with sauteed vegetables.

UNAGIDON -うなぎ丼- grilled eel served with eel sauce

OYAKODON -親子丼- chicken stir fried in an egg sauteed with vegetables


Onigiri is a rice ball wrapped in seaweed and served with pickles

MISO RAMEN -味噌ラーメン- a hearty miso based noodle soup, topped with pork stir fried fried with vegetables

TONKOTSU RAMEN -豚骨ラーメン- pork bone broth noodle soup, topped with roast pork, bean sprouts, and pickles
