Join us at the 18th Annual Common Ground on the Hill Roots Music & Arts Festival taking place at the Carroll County Farm Museum, 500 S Center Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. A few Mason Dixon members will be there to demonstrate hooking. Beginner kits and a few miscellaneous items will be for sale. If you'd like to join in the fun and hear some great music, please call or e-mail Diana Kerns.
