If you have ever seen a movie about a struggling woman in movies, she is usually doing one or all of these things: dancing in lingerie, mascara running down, smoking. drinking - all while looking perfect. These scenes are often stylize and uncomfortably voyeuristic. My artwork is highlighting the ridiculousness of it.
