Mission Statement
The main focus of our expedition to Mars is to establish a livable, healthy and well organized society on Mars. This small society's target will be to grow, flourish and resist any form of known and unknown threats so that is a safe haven for the Martian baby.
The main focus of our expedition to Mars is to establish a livable, healthy and well organized society on Mars. This small society's target will be to grow, flourish and resist any form of known and unknown threats so that is a safe haven for the Martian baby.
The Martian society consists of people from multiple continents, picked by the Human Resources team after thorough application rounds. Our aim for the colony on Mars is to be a new ‘state’ with shared and agreed values. The people that are going to live on Mars should be flexible and agree with the values and rules that will apply on Mars before they leave planet earth. The society will live under the name of UNOOSA (United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs), which means that it will receive funding from countries that are part of the United Nations. The UNOOSA is the already existing space organisation of the United Nations and is guided by the general assembly. The goal of our expedition will not be to make any form of monetary profit.

Scientific progress, however, will be a big part of our expedition to Mars. It will, first of all, be key to our chances of survival to do research from the moment we arrive. And, second of all, throughout the mission we will seek to understand everything there is to understand about the planet Mars and possibilities of terraforming in a far future.
