Crew Selection

The Human Resources Team aims to research the different training techniques that current astronauts are suspected to in order to refine our selection. The main goal is to establish the skills and personality traits that are necessary for the 500 people crew. In order to achieve this we researched current Space station selection criteria ( NASA, ESA and ROSCOSMOS) and criteria made for the goal of our colony. In order to achieve this we employed different methods of gathering information, namely space agency websites, articles, videos and even questionnaires.
