I work as an Associate Professor at the University of Rijeka, Croatia.

Currently, I hold the title of UNIRI Research Associate Professor due to leading the research project TIPPS.

I did my BA in Philosophy and History at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka, followed by a master’s degree at Central European University (back when it was still based in Budapest, Hungary). I earned my PhD in philosophy at the University of Rijeka.

During my PhD, I had research visits to the University of Vienna (Austria), the Konrad Lorenz Institute in Klosterneuburg (Austria), and Hunter College, City University of New York (USA). After that, I continued with training and research visits at Radboud University (the Netherlands) and the University of Graz (Austria). 

In 2017, I was awarded the Philosophical Explorations Essay Prize. In 2018, I received the Award for Best Junior Scholars in the Humanities, granted by the Republic of Croatia.

During the academic year 2024–2025, I’m a visiting scholar at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Cambridge (UK).

I currently serve as the Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Analytic Philosophy and the President of the Croatian Society for Analytic Philosophy.
