About:
He works on the themes of mobile robotics and intelligent sensing in developing and applying Artificial Intelligence techniques in these areas. In their master's degree, he developed a mapping technique for an autonomous climbing robot for inspection of liquefied oil tanks, where the robot performed the prediction of the tank by processing data from 2D, 3D and RGB sensors. In his doctorate, he developed a new sensing technique for mobile robots, capable of generating helpful information for the creation of intelligent robots, such as the identification of people in the environment and their position relative to the equipment and also the future position, applying techniques such as YoLo and point cloud processing.
