Nunos
How Nubank uses strategic design and experimentation to put the customer at the center of Nunos, its rewards program for everyday activities
Work developed at Handmade Design / Thoughtworks for Nubank (2022).
This project was a partnership between Handmade Design / ThoughtWorks and Nubank, a brazilian fintech, to define a first version of Nunos, the bank's relationship program based on rewards and points based on activities carried out on a daily basis.
Challenges as a designer:
Co-creation with colleagues from various client areas (design, research, product, technology)
Structure information architecture of the program area in the app
Creation of components and alignments with the bank's Design System team
Creation of screens, flow and prototypes
Participate in tests/experiments of materialized solutions

"It was a time to expand the team and co-create together. We designed solutions together, which I call WOW, those that, in addition to fulfilling their practical function, also have a very strong emotional character. Working together allowed us to arrive at the best solution possible, and after several tests in Nunos' exploratory phase, we heard positive feedback from customers"
