Work developed as a technical challenge / personal project for Agilize (2019-2020).
I decided to participate in a UX/UI challenge from Agilize, an online accounting office, whose objective was to create a concept app for issuing electronic Service Invoices (NFS-e).
This was a completely new topic for me, as I never had to open a company or issue notes, and this case serves as a good example that, by applying the design thinking methodology to the design of products and services, we are able to generate understanding about a problem and deliver more assertive solutions.
In this project, you will be able to understand my line of reasoning and the processes and tools I used during its execution.
Check out the full article where I describe the entire project execution process, illustrated by the artifacts materialized throughout the work and also check out the results obtained.
