About me

My name is Marco Gross, I am a designer focused on User Experience (UX), with more than 4 years of experience in the area and 10 years of experience with digital products and services.

Through Design, I help clients build more assertive solutions to their challenges, working on processes that generate greater understanding of contexts and their problems, delimiting the focus of attack, ideating solutions and validations with the target audience.

I also support the business, design and technology teams to maintain their products and services with good desirability, usability and consistent with what is viable at a technical and business level.

Throughout my experience in the area, I worked in design consultancies and technology teams, working on projects for large Brazilian companies in the financial, technology and well-being markets and for public bodies and institutions in the state of Bahia.
