Here at the Mancelona TWP Library we have 5 public computer stations that are hooked up to our public printer. If you do not wish to use a computer to print off what you need please feel free to send us an email with the attached PDF and we will get it printed off for you for the same price as computer print outs!
Patrons are not required to have a library card for using the computers, however we do recommend reading the computer guidlines for any questions or concerns.
Guidelines for Computer Use
The Mancelona Township Library provides open and free public access to computer software, the Internet, information databases, and information in all formats.
The Library has established computer guidelines to enable the widespread use of computers. We ask you to respect these guidelines so that all users can benefit from this technology service. Failure to follow these Computer Guidelines may result in the loss of computer privileges and/or library privileges.
Staff Assistance
To help you use these computer resources, the Librarians are more than happy to assist in getting you started and headed in the correct direction. Please ask for assistance at the front desk. Librarians will not respond to yelling or raised voices for help. Unless it is a medical emergency.
Time Limits
Use of all computers is on a first-come, first served basis. Access to the Internet is limited to 60 minutes per person per day. More time may be given if computer stations are free. All users must have a valid Mancelona Township library card to sign in to access the Internet. Visitors should see a staff member for more information.
All computers will be shut down thirty minutes before closing.
