"Manage MEntal health" is an international Training course with partners from 7 countries: Latvia, Italy, Spain, Guadeloupe, Cyprus, Romania and Turkiye. The period of 9 days of activities, as well as one day for traveling before and one after, between 20th to 30th of May 2025, 11 days in total. The location of the activities is Jelgava, Latvia. 

The training course aims to bring together 28 youth workers, all of whom work in the field of non-formal education with young people. 

The primary goal is to provide them with practical tools for stress management, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution that they can integrate into their daily youth work. These tools will not only benefit the participants themselves but also the young people they work with, helping to foster healthier, more resilient communities.
