Kir is a senior math major and does research in computational biology. Kir is also an international student from Moscow, Russia! He hopes that MaM day will give prospective students a look at the variety of interests that math skills can help support.

I am a senior Haverford mathematics major with a focus in statistics and a minor in pure math. My interest is in the theoretical side of statistics (leaning more towards probability), and I also have interest in actuarial science.

Dalena is a 5th year PhD candidate in the Math Department. She is the math department representative to the Graduate Student Association Executive Board, organizer of the Mathematics Graduate Research Seminar, and also the Social Media Coordinator at Meet a Mathematician.

Abhi Suresh studied mathematics and educational studies at Bryn Mawr College. A Girls Who Invest alumni, she is currently an investment professional, with experience in private equity fund investments, and now she covers global equities and hedge funds. While at Bryn Mawr, Abhi was actively involved across campus, including as SGA Treasurer, a Student Consultant as a part of the Teaching and Learning Institute, and within the Math Department as a Major Representative and Homework Grader. 

Eva is a teacher, a researcher,  a mother, a wife, a mathematician who loves art, her mini farm, and the community that she planted herself in. 

Daisy Sudparid (she/her) is a visiting lecturer in the Mathematics Department at Bryn Mawr College. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas San Antonio and her M.S. in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and former high school math teacher whose non-traditional route brought her to Bryn Mawr.
