Thanks to the ingenuity and desire to help humans around him, Taylor Lane and his wonderful video teaching simple ways of making face masks when there were no face masks available, became the spark that inspired this project. His sharing of this video with us in mid-March inspired us to find a way to think about how we teach remotely in meaningful ways. Thank you Taylor Lane! And, thanks to Soumitri Varadarajan, and his quick work on building a template and some starting content for his project "Your Makerspace". Without his efforts our work would have been much harder.
And though one wouldn't think of thanking a virus, it is due to the daily routine changes caused by COVID19 that created the space for us to think about the impossible. So, "thank you" COVID19?
