You've seen enough YouTube pranksters to know this story. The bottle is rigged with a glitter bomb, or contains a supposed treasure map that will lead you into an ambush of jello-filled balloons. No thank you.
As curious as you might be, a message in a bottle isn't enough of a temptation to break you out of relaxation mode. Besides, all you want to do is chill out and work on your zen.
Back to the beach chair it is. A deep sigh escourts you into a happy doze.
Some time later your phone pings to let you know that your room is ready. Before you leave, you scan the beach for the bottle. Either a wave washed it back out to sea, Ric found it, or the pranksters you suspect have found another target. You idly wonder if you'll find any more "treasure" on the property as you head to registration for your key.
