Obviously, you're not lost, but you don't want to tell the gardener that you heard the voice of someone who wasn't there. The voice unnerved you, and you think maybe right now isn't the best time to be wandering around alone.
The gardener points out the route on the map and you head off after thanking him. As you pass the wing of the building that holds the recreation centre, you pause.
"What am I doing?" you say aloud. "There's no such thing as ghosts, and I'm not hallucinating."
