We use okara (soybean skin) from a tofu maker in Kyoto.
①Enjoy making miso while being surrounded by the aroma of koji.
②After making miso, please enjoy miso soup and rice cakes made from okara.
③You can take home the miso you made. You can keep it at room temperature for at least 3 months to ferment into delicious miso.
