Last Day to Pick Up Packages: May 21^st, 2019

Last Day to Access Letter Mailbox: May 23^rd, 2019 or the day you checkout and return your keys.

These dates are strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly.

Before you move out, make sure to…

Check Letter Mail Box - Any letter mail left in mail boxes after the semester ends will be returned. First class mail will be returned. Standard mail will be shredded.

Pick Up Packages – All packages unclaimed after May 21^st, 2019 will be returned to sender.

We do not forward mail OR packages! - Please change your address prior to moving out.

Change Address - Remember to change your address with insurance, banks, subscriptions boxes, etc.! You should contact all companies that may have your campus address on file to change your address. We recommend you start this process as early as possible.

Recommended Last Day to Order: May 1^st, 2019 – we recommend you order and send all items by this date to ensure it arrives before the May 17^th, 2019 deadline.

You Will Not Have Access To Your Mail – We will stop accepting packages on May 17^th, 2019. Please be proactive in changing your address as we will not be able to make exceptions for packages accidentally received.

If you are a summer 2019 resident, it is highly encouraged that you to wait until you move into your summer assignment to begin receiving mail and packages. We will not process mail for summer residents before they are officially moved into their summer assignment.
