Thank you for visiting our website! We'd like to give you a brief summary of who we are and what we do:
MAGDEBURGER KINDness e.V. is a non-profit group dedicated to the spirit of kindness. Our members include teachers, artists, academics, self-employed professionals and public sector workers. Together, we strive to promote the values of mutual appreciation and support in our hometown of Magdeburg and, by extension, across the world.
Our group embraces the spirit of a human community extending beyond national borders, and we firmly believe in a culture of universal kindness. For this reason, we have joined the World Kindness Movement, a world-spanning network of associations dedicated to this very idea. This membership has paved the path for many new and exciting partnerships and initiatives.

MAGDEBURGER KINDness e.V. is engaged in social, cultural and ecological projects in Magdeburg and the surrounding area. They include:
a campaign to promote blood donations – both from our own members and from other local groups ("Herzblut 2025")
a regular group meeting to knit and crochet a variety of clothing items for those in need ("An die Nadeln, fertig, los!")
a musical project to teach confidence and self-expression to disadvantaged youth ("Musical macht stark")
collaborative and educational work with interested locals to cultivate a public garden ("Naturgarten im Kunsthof")
presence at neighbourhood festivals to spread our message and to support the organizers
networking to secure local partners and sponsors
