The following resources are meant to assist trainers and assistant training managers in completing their duties and responsibilities.

An individual who is not invited to serve as a trainer for a particular topic, but feels that they are qualified to train on that topic, should feel encouraged to apply for conditional training certification.  This individual should take the following steps:

1. Complete the following trainings:

   1. Introduction To Communications OR Dynamic Communications

   2. Public Speaking

   3. Video Promotions

   4. One Elective Of The Following:

      1. Journey To Brotherhood

      2. Unit Elections

      3. Elangomat

      4. Individual Communications

      5. Goals And Visions

2. After completing these trainings, email the training staff at turtleacademy271@gmail.com for the trainer password to access the Training Staff trainings.

3. Complete the Train The Trainer and Train The Trainer II trainings.

4. Submit a document in pdf format to the training staff at turtleacademy271@gmail.com with the following information:

   1. One to two paragraph statement overviewing involvement in the OA.

   2. One paragraph explaining why you feel that you are a subject-matter expert on the proposed topic.

   3. A rough draft of course goals for your particular topic.

Upon completing requirement 4, the training staff will confer and either provide conditional approval for you to serve as a trainer or request revisions to your course goals.  If the staff provides you conditional approval, you will be provided an assistant training manager to oversee you as you finish the process.  As long as you are given conditional approval and meet all of your deadlines with satisfactory quality, your training will be uploaded and you will be added permanently to our database of trainers.
