Academic Advising Events
Rising 10th-12th Grade Curriculum Night: Thursday, January 9 from 6pm to 7pm
AP Panel: Monday, January 13 from 7pm to 8pm (Program Recording)
Rising 9th Grade Curriculum Night: Tuesday, January 14 from 6pm to 8pm
Curriculum/Electives Fair for Madison Students: Wednesday, January 15 during Warhawk Time 1 and 2
JMHS Counselors will meet with students on the following dates for Academic Advising meetings:
Rising 11th Grade Students (Class of 2027): January 21 - January 31 (meet through English 10)
Rising 12th Grade Students (Class of 2026): February 3 - February 21 (meet through US/VA History)
Multilingual Learners Levels 1-4 (All Grades): February 24 (meet through various classes)
Rising 10th Grade Students (Class of 2028): February 25 - March 7 (meet through Health & PE 9)
JMHS Counselors will meet with Rising 9th Grade Students (Class of 2028):
Thoreau Middle School: Friday, January 10 Rescheduled to Monday, January 13
Kilmer Middle School: Friday, January 10
Luther Jackson Middle School: Monday, January 13

Students who are not taking Health & PE 9, English 10 or US History at JMHS this year will be contacted directly by their school counselor for Academic Advising.
