**UPDATES IN PROGRESS* Madison counselors are receiving updates throughout December; check back in early January for info for the 26-27 school year.
Details for each course offered and required midterm and final exam dates are posted on the website linked below. Students are expected to participate in midterms and final exams in-person on the assigned dates.
Students should speak with their school counselor to ensure a course aligns with their four-year plan/graduation requirements.
Student Services does NOT recommend students take a math or science course over the summer for advancement.
If a student wants to take a summer school course in order to access a different class the following school year (for example, take Health & PE 10 over the summer before 10th grade to make room for another elective class), students must register for the summer school course before a change can be made to course requests. Students should register for a summer school class no later than Friday, March 13 to guarantee placement in the elective course for next year.
After you register for the summer course, email your counselor directly with the course you wish to take in its place during the 2026-2027 school year.
This course does not meet face-to-face and requires students to complete work without direct teacher support. Students may only take this course as "Pass/Fail".
Information will be posted as soon as it becomes available. Credit recovery may be available for students who do not pass a course during the 2025-2026 academic year.
