Remove header / footer

We've provided an Add-on solution in order to make it more easy for people to remove a header / footer altogether , by simply installing the Add-on.

Please read the warning text from the menu (Documents by Top Contributors > Remove header / footer > Warning) before continuing to remove a header / footer.
