Gender Equality 

In my calssroom I will alwasy try my absolute best to maintain gender equality, striving to reduce discriminationa and bullying in the classroom. All of my students will be given an equal oppertunity to participate in all activities, setting them all up for sucess in the future.  I want all of my students to knwo they have a voice and can accoplish any thing and everything they set their mind to regardelss of gender. As most know, I am in the AR Army National Guard, which is considered a male career path. I never let that stop me from competing and reaching my goals. I want to ensure my students are aware of what theya are capable of!
