Disability Rights

In my classroom I will promote inclusion for ALL students, adjusting the lesson plans as needed for those with diabilities. I will not let a student with a disability jsut sit in the calssroom alone because they can not particpate in the activity. Every student has a right to participate and be inclduded. I feel that this is very important. I will educate myself and be aware of all disabilities that my students have in my calssroom so I can plan accordingly to what will benifit them the most. By doing this the other students will see the inclusion as well and this can eliminate sterotypes kids may form about students with disabilities.
