This is Machen Lodge's Banner. It is hung above the Worshipful Master's Chair when the Lodge is open for Masonic business. As you can see it contains the Lodge name; its United Grand Lodge of England registration number, plus of course the Lodge Crest or Coat of Arms together with our motto: "Manent Optima Cælo."

The Banner was further honoured at our one-thousandth (1000th) meeting in 1999 when the then Provincial Grand Master of Warwickshire - The Right Worshipful Brother - Stanley Alan Lates OSM (1918 - 2009) presided over its re-dedication.
