Ancient and Honourable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons, Birmingham, Warwickshire, UK
Machen Lodge raises money (Alms) for various charities many of which are not directly connected with Freemasonry. Below are three of the Non-Masonic worthy causes we have contributed to over the years and continue to support.
We also raise funds to support the work of the Freemason's "umbrella" charity organisation known as the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF).

THE LODGE IS HERE TO HELP!
Brethren, do not forget that our fraternity puts great store in its ability to help those in need, both our Masonic family and those individuals outside who have fallen on difficult times.
Every Masonic Lodge has an Almoner whose role it is to ensure the well-being of its members and its local community.
As your Lodge Almoner, I wish to remind you that my role is active at all times and if any of you wish to contact me I shall do my best to assist you personally or by contacting those better able than I to do so.
Should you wish to ‘Go it alone‘, that is absolutely understandable. You can get contact details of any assistance available from the Provincial and Grand Lodge websites both of which can be accessed from the links on this website. You can also petition for assistance from the Masonic Charitable Foundation directly thus guaranteeing the strictest confidentiality should you so desire.
Stay safe, remain healthy and above all be happy.
Yours sincerely and fraternally
W Bro Alex Birchley (Almoner)
W Bro Chris Albion (Charity Steward)

In 2028 the Province of Warwickshire will be celebrating its 300-year anniversary. In the lead-up to this momentous occasion, several key strategic activities are planned. The most significant is a charitable appeal for the Provincial Grand Master’s chosen charity, Fisher House UK. warwickshirefreemasons.org.uk/2028-appeal/
Fisher House UK is a home away from home for military patients and their families, on the site of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. It offers accommodation for military patients and their families whilst their loved ones are being treated at the hospital. The charity supports the military patients and their families in any way needed.

2). Alternatively brethren can set up a regular payment by visiting website or clicking Relief Chest HERE.
3). Brethren can also make a single payment by visiting PGL website or clicking HERE.
