Introduction - September 2026.

The concept of 'rewiring the Maadi Regatta" stems from the 2024 AGM call from  the acting President that “we need to think creatively and be open to new ways to sustain and progress in our sport.”  It was also stated that “your voice is important”. 

To the best of my knowledge the expected review of that year did not eventuate, but some reviews were announced and held in 2026. The original document and subsequent updates have never, as far as I am aware, been formally accepted by NZSSRA. Nor have they been acknowledged by way of questioning or comment.
