Lydia Rominger

Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate student

Innovative | Data-informed | Curious with a growth mindset

After nearly a decade of living abroad, I've learned how to quickly build trust with people from different backgrounds while adapting to and embracing change. Now, I want to use that experience and my education in IO Psychology to help organizations.

I specialize in improving organizational effectiveness and success by leveraging my knowledge of group dynamics, communication, change management, and employee well-being. With a focus on data-driven insights and promoting psychological safety, I empower leaders with the tools they need to foster an environment that benefits both employees and the organization.
