Welcome to your first 90 days with LTC!
This page exists for one reason: to remove confusion.
If you follow what’s here, stay coachable, and remain consistent, you will not wonder what to do next. You will already be doing it.
You are not expected to figure this out alone. You are expected to follow the process.
Your onboarding happens in three simple phases:
Each phase builds on the last. Skipping steps slows income. Staying plugged in accelerates it.
A clear roadmap so you know exactly where you're headed and what to aim for.
Success here is built on daily actions, not motivation.
Your daily focus:
Attend scheduled training
Practice scripts
Make activity calls
Book appointments
Show up prepared
Ask questions early
If you do this daily, momentum becomes automatic.
Clarity prevents frustration.

Mastery comes from repetition inside the tools.
This is normal.
Feeling unsure does not mean you are failing. It means you are learning. Stay connected, stay visible, and stay consistent.
Momentum returns quickly when you don’t disappear.
Choose the correct action and move forward.
