Embarking on the journey of creating Lush Crush, a fruit cocktail business, has been an eye-opening experience. Working with a team of nine members, we collaborated closely to ensure the success of this venture. However, I quickly realized that starting and managing a business was far more challenging than I initially thought.
This journey demanded a great deal of patience, time, critical thinking, and, most importantly, teamwork. Every step required effort, from brainstorming product ideas and understanding customer preferences to managing finances and promoting our business effectively. It wasn’t just about having a good product but ensuring every aspect of the business aligned for success.
One of the biggest lessons I learned was how to manage a business step by step. There were many business terms and concepts that I didn’t fully understand at first. Through this process, I gained valuable knowledge and skills, such as planning, problem-solving, and effective communication. These are not only critical for running a business but are also applicable in many areas of life.
While I’m not certain if I will venture into the business field in the future, this experience has provided me with a solid foundation. At the very least, I now have the confidence and skills to start my own business if the opportunity arises.
Lush Crush wasn’t just about selling a fruit cocktail, it was about growth, resilience, and learning. This experience has taught me that with determination, hard work, and the right support system, we can overcome challenges and achieve more than we imagined.
