Principle of Least Action

"Mathematics is the door and key to the sciences" ~Roger Bacon

Behold the final LUMS MATH CIRCLES of 2022. The circle titled "Principle of Least Action" was skillfully conducted by Dr. Adam Zaman Ch. and Dr. Ammar Khan. The circle focused on the verification of the principle of least action through various experiments and demonstrations. The instructors used the motion of waves and the reflection of light as prime examples for the demonstration.

Dr. Adam and Dr. Ammar deserve huge applause for skillfully demonstrating this physical phenomenon. The session concluded with the distribution of the "Certificate of Math Circles Eureka" among winners of "Challenge problems" from previous LUMS Math Circles.
