Horizon Europe project - WinWin4WorkLife - Work Package Leader: Healthy, inclusive and sustainable remote working futures as a Win-Win for employees and employers in urban, rural, and cross-border areas (consortium leader: LISER)
As part of this project, I currently lead the Work package on Understanding interactions between remote work arrangements and living conditions - employees' perspective, and I'm involved in many tasks.
Based on the survey data on employers and employees, which LISER, ZEW, TUM, VUB, IST-ID, Univ. Zilina, Trexima, Univ. Helsinki collected in Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal and Slovakia, I'm studying:
Employers' perceptions of their employees' productivity and innovativeness in remote work compared to at the office: the role of high-performance work practices and the mediating role of work-from-home friendliness
Employees' perceptions about their productivity and innovativeness in remote work compared to at the office: the role of well-being
Commuting consequences on employees' well-being and the mediation role of remote work arrangements in the cross-bordering region of Luxembourg
