Viniyoga based gentle practice suits most population. We sometimes would incorporate Qi Gong, Tapping and some Pranayama techniques. This class is designed to strengthen and stabilize the body, increase mobility, and most importantly calm the busy mind.
Slow flow is Viniyoga base with a few addition of Qi Gong, fascia release, and therapeutic movement to build stability and strength. It is a breath -centric Asana and sometimes followed by a short Pranayama (breathing technique practice) or a short meditation.
We will be working one on one in person or virtual. First class will be assessment. The goal of classes that followed will be creating a personalized sequence that works for the individual. Private yoga lessons are the perfect way to individualize and customize your yoga practice and make it ideal for your body and mind. They are great for working through an injury, learning proper alignment, how to prevent injuries, and adjust your dysfunctional pattern.
